Kevin Treder
First year DPhil candidate
MSc Materials Science, University of Stuttgart
Kevin Treder's project focuses on the development of Dynamic TEM (DTEM), where he is investigating fast detection and imaging strategies that ultimateley lead to an improved understanding of reaction processes in the ns timescale for various materials.
Before his DPhil studies, Kevin obtained a undergraduate (BSc), as well as a postgraduate degree (MSc) in Material Science at the University of Stuttgart, Germany. In his last research project, he investigated the atomic transport in Si/Al nano-sized artificial triple junctions by HRTEM in the group of Prof. Guido Schmitz (Stuttgart).
